We are presently going through a redesign process of the existing Resource Consent and our aims are to improve management of the existing retail, and design and launch a marketing campaign, for 30 odd apartments.

Southside is involved in the Consortium promoting this project. It is a longterm project, which has already had a lengthy Environment Court hearing. Decisions on whether this project will go ahead will be made later in 2012.
