Southside Group's expertise covers almost every aspect of property development.
We identify market opportunities and create developments which meet a calculated and predetermined requirement.
In most cases our involvement begins with identification of strategically located sites. This is followed by detailed concept planning and design, project feasibility and market analysis.
Once under way, Southside oversees the appropriate authority consent process, actual marketing, construction negotiation, project management, fitout and any selling or tenancy arrangements.
Southside's medium term objective is to develop a portfolio of properties which will form the basis of a property fund.
We have in-house a core group, with broad experience and complimentary talents, to cater for all the key steps necessary to complete a successful development.
