ABOUT US - Who we are

Southside Group Management is an Auckland based property development and property management company based on the 'Southside' team which was formed in the late 1980's.

Chief Executive, Chris Jones has led the team from its inception and through stages of evolution to its current form. Many of the key people have been working alongside Chris at Southside from the outset.

The group began building small residential housing projects. It now undertakes significant commercial, industrial, multi storey apartment and residential subdivisions in the greater Auckland area.

Southside handles these projects both of its own accord and with joint venture partners.
