Southside in conjunction with a long standing Joint Venture partner purchased this prime beach front site of some 5,000 sqm in January 2009. Plans were developed to construct what would have been an iconic building for Orewa, but planning restrictions put paid to this and the property was subsequently onsold in parcels in 2014.
