The principals have been involved in property since the 1970s when they started building small residential projects and moved into medium and large commercial projects in the 1980s.

The company decided to focus entirely on the Auckland property market and we have been developing property across the region for almost 50 years.

Since the 1990s Southside has been investing, building and managing master-planned projects that range from subdivisions, residential to commercial.

Commercial properties we have developed and managed include office, retail and industrial projects of a wide ranging size and value.

Our residential experience incorporates subdivision of land and building houses, multi-unit and high-rise.
